• visit you to discuss the holiday potential of your property

• explain safety and other issues involved with holiday lettings

• offer practical advice to help you prepare your property

• deal with all aspects of the booking process

• advise you on a regular basis regarding new bookings and enquiries

• pay you monthly for bookings received

• advertise and promote your property on our website, in local press and other appropriate media

• provide you with an annual summary of letting income for tax return purposes

• charge a commission of 17% on gross rentals received

• preparation of inventory and schedule of condition

• cleaning and changing bedding/towels at changeover
